al+ is a multiple award-winning design practice that creates bespoke solutions for architecture , interior design and master planning. Good design comes from a deep understanding of materials, detailing, spatial qualities and proportions. Designing from the user's perspective and environmental sustainability are key goals of the practice.
We believe that every project is a story, a conversation, and a relationship with the client to understand what the project wants to be. Whether it is a building, a space or an experience, it is important to design for this story to keep evolving.
To complement an evolving story with design, we firmly entrench project management and cost management in our delivery of services to achieve uncompromised project quality.

the ‘+’ in our firm name represents an open collaborative approach where we team up with a collective of passionate, like-minded experts and specialists in the field to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
To address current circumstances, al+ believes that operating in a nimble, cloud-based studio setup is a fully sustainable way to practice, while staying operationally light-footed.
In one of these + collaborations, we practice seamlessly with UK-based architectural design firm Inully Limited, co-founded by al+ partner Luther Seet, working across different time zones on a 24-hour design clock with a focus on high design quality.
The founders of al+Inully are architects registered in Singapore, UK and Spain, and have all once worked together in an international design practice. Together, they present an extensive design portfolio of aviation, conservation, retail, residential, commercial mixed-use and institutional projects in Singapore, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, India, UK and Spain.

Low cost housing for workers

Project Award - SG Design Mark 2020 for sustainable design
AL+ are proud to share that the Seedbank at the Singapore Botanic Gardens is awarded the Singapore Good Design (SG Mark) 2020 under the category of Sustainable Design. This prestigious conservation project was completed mid-2019, and is designed and built by Alfa Tech, for which we are the appointed Architect.
