Luther Seet is a registered architect with over 15 years of experience. He has led significant cultural, aviation, mixed-use and residential projects in Singapore, Vietnam, India and Indonesia. Luther is relentless at creating the best detail possible for a design solution, and is dedicated to the craft of architecture. As founding partner of al+ in Singapore+, and co-founder of Inully Limited in the UK, he spearheads a fully collaborative and seamless approach to design and practice.

Skilled at residential, hospitality, mixed use and conservation projects, Lee is a registered Architect with 13 years experience both internationally and locally. With a firm belief that spaces should evoke emotions for the intended user, Lee values the interpersonal conversations over the course of the design process which eventually form part of the built DNA. Lee plays with Light, Shadow, Texture to bring out the illusion of depth in thoughtfully curated environments.
Kelvin

Kelvin is a registered Quantity Surveyor who has accumulated over 15 years of local and overseas project experience in cost and project management. He is a strong advocator of collaboration to drive value across the project lifecycle to achieve win-win outcomes for all parties.
Javier +Inully

Javier Pérez- Cuadrado de Santiago is co-founder of Inully Limited and a registered Architect in Spain with more than ten years experience. Having studied and practiced in China, Africa, Singapore and Spain where he now resides. Javier has lead projects ranging from masterplanning, mixed-use, high-rise residential, educational, luxury housing, hotels and commercial buildings. He believes on the importance to positively give back to the world in which we live by designing bespoke solutions for each project he comes across.
Phil +Inully
BA(Hons), BARch, ARB
Philip Russell is co-founder of Inully Limited and a qualified Architect based in the UK with eight years post qualification experience and six years pre-qualification experience. Phil developed a particular interest in the interpretation of place, where discovery and recognition are a vital part of the design process, rooting contemporary design solutions within the existing contextual fabric. He has lead a diverse range and scale of projects and building types across numerous sectors, from inception and concept design through to completion.

TJ is a registered architect in Singapore with a keen interest in conservation projects. He has worked on a range of various project types which includes residential, retail, institutional, and mixed-use developments.
